Spinal Manipulation

This is a mechanical intervention used to mobilise joints in order to release tension and improve  articulation (i.e. how joint components interact).

Most commonly used by chiropractors and osteopaths, it complements soft tissue therapy to improve biomechanical function. Makes movement easier and improves range of motion. Can be quite effective when used with soft tissue manipulation to treat back and neck pain, tension headaches, postural imbalances and more.
